Please arrive at least a few minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow ample time to wind down, check in, & prepare for your "SLO Escape". Arriving late, on or after your scheduled appointment time, will simply limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness & your overall experience. Out of consideration for other clients, your treatment will end at the originally scheduled time & all late arrivals will be charged the full amount. Upon your arrival, if the door is closed, please do not knock or try to open the door as this is a single room studio. Instead please start to unwind in the chair provided.
Your comfort & privacy are a priority. While clothing is not recommended for massage & body treatments, you may choose to wear your undergarments. However, please keep in mind that this may limit some of the overall experience. Rest assured you will always be respectfully draped.
Booking & Payment Methods
For an appointment, an email is preferred as "The Beach House" is just myself & I cannot return calls at this time. However, a direct message through social media is also acceptable. Please send me the day or a specific time of day & the service you would like to schedule. A valid credit card, online voucher number, gift certificate number, or prepayment is required to hold the appointment. Cash, Venmo, credit cards, & gift certificates are all acceptable forms of payments. Please keep in mind that gratuity is not included & that all sales are final.
Please be mindful that the appointment time booked is reserved especially for you. While I do my best to send out confirmations there is a 24 hour cancellation policy & clients canceling less than 24 hours will be charged a 50% cancellation fee & no shows will result in a 100% charge. In lieu of a credit card, clients may use online promotional vouchers, prepaid social media specials, gift certificates, & part of their prepaid package to hold their appointment. However, doing so will result in the prepayment being forfeited if the client cancels the same day or does not show for their appointment.
Most treatments are detoxing so please be sure to drink a lot of water before & after your treatment. In addition, please communicate all health/skin conditions & any other concerns you may have before your appointment. Please send an email if you have any questions or concerns.
